Food processing and hygiene - Personal belongings must be kept in lockers at all times
- The Food Hygiene (General) Regulations 1970 and their subsequent amendment in 1990, state that food must be protected from a risk of contamination. This range of signs are designed to be used in kitchens and food preparation areas. These signs cover the use of machinery, basic hygiene rules and storage guidance.
