CCTV signs - CCTV images are being monitored
- The Data Protection Act 1998 Code of Practice gives guidance to operators of CCTV systems on the recommended signage to be used where surveillance equipment is installed and, for the benefit of the public, should include the name and other contact details of the operator¿s of the scheme. Provision is made on the signs to the right for the operator¿s details to be entered by the customer.
