- The Food Hygiene (General) Regulations 1970 and their subsequent amendment in 1990, state that food must be protected from a risk of contamination. This range of signs are designed to be used in kitchens and food preparation areas. These signs cover the use of machinery, basic hygiene rules and storage guidance.
- Plastic signs are supplied with four fixing holes as standard, but can have self adhesive backing applied if required: call our Enquiries team for details.
- All signs are easily cleaned by simply wiping them down and are safe for use in all food preparation areas.
