Since we launched next working day delivery on all stocked lines, we’ve been working tirelessly to bring you an even wider choice of product available for immediate delivery. Next working day delivery relates to products listed on our website with the estimated delivery as next working day or those product codes highlighted in green in our latest catalogue. Orders must be placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays) on stocked lines. Non UK mainland, Northern Ireland and remote area deliveries including Scottish Highlands and Island locations are excluded from the next working day delivery service and may be subject to additional carriage charges. Other premium delivery services such as weekend or morning deliveries are also available subject to an additional cost. Please enquire at the time of ordering. Additional delivery charges may apply for Non UK Mainland Destinations. Non-stocked products will be indicated by an approximate lead time on the product pages, and delivery will be from our external warehouse. Please note that while these lead times are accurate at the point of purchase, there can be delays based on external factors such as couriers and high customer demand. If your order is a mixture of both stocked and non-stocked products, your order may be fulfilled in multiple deliveries.

Please note that due to the UK's departure from the EU, Slingsby are no longer able to offer returns on goods delivered to the Republic of Ireland. This is due to the additional customs and declaration charges incurred at port.

Orders under €100 (excluding VAT) are subject to a handling fee of €6.50.

We also reserve the right to apply a €10 customs document charge on all orders being delivered to the Republic of Ireland. 

All Slingsby deliveries to the Republic of Ireland benefit from Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), with a minimum 5 – 7 working day delivery lead time on stocked products destined for mainland Republic of Ireland addresses. Deliveries are scheduled for Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
