Free Delivery
Our prices include FREE delivery to all UK mainland and Northern Ireland destinations (extra charges may apply to Scottish Highlands and offshore islands), except on a limited number of items which, due to their characteristics are carriage extra. These items or deliveries to other non mainland addresses maybe subject to additional charges which will be highlighted during the checkout procedure.
Next Day delivery relates to next working day and is our usual service for all orders placed before 4.00pm on stocked lines. Non UK mainland, Northern Ireland and remote area deliveries including Scottish Highlands and islands are excluded from the Next Day Delivery service. Other premium delivery services such as weekend or morning deliveries are also available subject to an additional cost.
No Minimum Order
We realise that the demands of business are not always for high value items. Spend as much or as little as you like on line – there’s no minimum order level and no small order charge.
Instant Credit
We appreciate that ordering from a new supplier can be difficult, particularly if you don’t have an existing credit account. But, don’t worry, for most companies with an established credit history we can open a FREE 30 day account immediately and you can order right away. Simply follow the account creation process and we’ll set up your account and process your order immediately.
No Quibble Guarantee
We think that you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Slingsby. But, if for any reason your requirements aren’t met or you’ve simply changed your mind, then just call us on 0800 294 4440 within 14 days of delivery, and subject to our standard terms and conditions we’ll replace the item free of charge or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.
12 Month Warranty
For additional peace of mind all of our products come with a minimum 12 month warranty against defective workmanship or materials and some even come with an extended guarantee. Rest assured if a product doesn’t work as it should, you can rely on us to replace it at no cost to yourself or we’ll refund 100% of the price you paid.
