Next Day Delivery relates to next working day and is our usual service for all orders placed before 4.00pm on stocked lines.
Non UK mainland, Northern Ireland and remote area deliveries including Scottish Highlands and Island locations are excluded from the Next Day Delivery service. Other premium delivery services such as weekend or morning deliveries are also available subject to an additional cost. Please enquire at the time of ordering.
From 27th July to 9th September 2012 during the Olympic and Paralympic Games there are major traffic restrictions planned on the Olympic Route Networks (ORN’s) which although primarily located in London, will also extend to other venues across the UK.
We would like to assure our customers that we will endeavour to deliver as usual during this time, however please be advised that our standard Next Day Delivery service on stocked items cannot be guaranteed during this period.
Please note that if your organisation falls under the classification of Official Olympic Venue, then you may be subject to the UPS final mile delivery charge.
