Mobile workstations and platforms
Using a ladder to work at height in one location is not a long-term solution, which is why Slingsby has a great range of mobile workstations and platforms available to allow workers access to hard-to-reach areas with the minimum amount of fuss. We have solutions to suit all kinds of situations, inside workplaces and outdoors.
Slingsby's aluminium work platforms are fantastic for anyone working off the ground. They are not only lightweight and easy to manoeuvre thanks to four lockable casters, these mobile workstations can even roll through doorways when folded. Our folding scaffold option is another professional platform structure that can handle a maximum load of 200kg and again can be used indoors and outside. The standard setup is for use at height of up to 2.8m, although an additional rail pack can be purchased to add height to the side rails and boards.
For a light and totally portable option, Slingsby's light duty portable work platforms are ideal. They come with fixed safety guard rails on three sides, along with a gated closure mechanism. Alternatively, our mobile aluminium platforms with handrail are also a great option. For bigger jobs, Slingsby's spring-assisted work platform with smooth action and adjustable outriggers for additional stability is perfect.
