Delivery Information and Returns
With our wide range of products, delivery options can differ depending on what it is and where it is going.
Our prices include free delivery to all mainland ROI destinations on orders over €100 (extra charges may apply to offshore islands), except on a limited number of items which, due to their characteristics are carriage extra. These items or deliveries to other non mainland addresses maybe subject to additional charges which will be highlighted during the checkout procedure.
We reserve the right to apply a €6.50 delivery charge on orders of €100 and under excluding VAT.
We also reserve the right to apply a €10 customs charge on all orders being delivered to the Republic of Ireland.
Rapid Delivery relates to delivery within five working days in and around the Dublin area, and within seven working days to any other location. This is our usual service for all ROI orders placed before 3:30pm on stocked lines destined for mainland ROI destinations.

We think that you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Slingsby. But if for any reason your requirements aren’t met, then just call us on 1800 911 161 within 14 days of delivery, and subject to our standard terms and conditions we’ll replace the item free of charge.
12 Month Warranty
For additional peace of mind all of our products come with a minimum 12 month warranty against defective workmanship or materials and some even come with an extended manufacturers guarantee.
