All forklifts should be checked for any faults, damage and severe wear.
These two sided tag inserts list the basic checks that should be performed during an inspection on the reverse side while the front side of these inserts is where the inspection details are filled in (date, signature, reported defects etc).
The asset tag holders should be permanently fixed to the forklift.
If the forklift is fit for purpose the insert can be slid into the holder, otherwise the insert should be removed to display a 'Do not use this equipment' prohibition message.
Kit contains 10 holders, 10 inserts and 1 pen.
