Choosing the Correct Hand Protection

Look out for the below symbols in our brochures and catalogues to ensure you have the most appropriate gloves for the task at hand.
The above glove symbols are accompanied by a combination of numbers and letters. This combination conveys the level of protection and type of glove. Higher score numbers equate to higher levels of protection.
The letters range from A-F, with F offering the highest level of protection, which is the second cut test (EN ISO 13997).
By giving thorough consideration to which glove type is best, you are providing your employees with the protection needed to perform their tasks safely and to a high standard. Ensuring you choose a glove that conforms to EN 388 means your workplace is fully compliant with the relevant industry standards.
