Free gifts apply to orders placed from the start of promotion on Monday 4th of March at 10:00AM (GMT), until the end of promotion on Friday 22nd of March at 12:00 PM (GMT). Orders must meet the qualifying value (excluding VAT and delivery) and quote the corresponding promotional code before processing. Gifts cannot be claimed after order placement, post-checkout, or redeemed against existing orders outside of the promotion period. Codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Gifts will only be ordered once the original order has been invoiced. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time, as well as the right to offer alternate gifts of equal or greater value should the advertised item become unavailable. Gifts have no alternate cash value. Please check gift ingredients for potential allergens before consumption. Promotional gifts are sent separately to other items ordered from Slingsby. All promotional gifts are sent on standard delivery and cannot be sent by express delivery, please note that delivery delays outside our control can occur and we endeavour to deliver all gifts by Thursday 28th of March. Slingsby cannot be held responsible for gifts recorded as delivered by the courier. All promotional gifts will be the property of the corporate purchaser and not its employees or representatives. The Buyer agrees to cooperate with Seller to ensure compliance by Buyer's employees and other representatives with Seller's gift policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable law relating to promotional gifts by its employees and other representatives. Free gift offer is only available to orders with UK and Northern Ireland delivery addresses and excludes government agencies and any deliveries to PO Boxes, BFPOs, and international addresses.
