Gift offer commences for orders placed from Monday 20th November 2023 at 10:00am hours (GMT) and ends on Thursday 14th December 2023 at 11:00am hours (GMT). Free gifts will arrive in a separate delivery to other items ordered from Slingsby and will only be ordered at the point that other items ordered from Slingsby are invoiced. We endeavour to have all gifts delivered by Friday 22nd December 2023 although delays may occur. Slingsby cannot be held responsible for a gift once it has been recorded as delivered by the courier. The gift offer is only available to orders with UK and Northern Ireland delivery addresses and can only be sent to the address of the original order. Free gifts cannot be sent to PO Box, BFPO and international addresses. Qualification for free gifts excludes VAT and delivery charges. Promotional codes must be used at time of order and cannot be claimed post-checkout or after order placement. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Gift offers must be requested at time of order and cannot be redeemed against existing orders before the promotion launch date. Each offer code can only be used once per customer. Free gifts will be sent out using standard delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time. Gifts have no alternate cash value. We reserve the right to offer alternate gifts of equal or greater value in the event the advertised item is no longer available. Please check product ingredients and allergens before consumption. For the avoidance of doubt, all promotional gifts will be the property of the corporate purchaser and not its employees or representatives. The Buyer agrees to cooperate with Seller to ensure compliance by Buyer's employees and other representatives with Seller's gift policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable law relating to promotional gifts by its employees and other representatives. Government agencies are not eligible for promotional gifts.
